My experience with customer service was frustrating. Replies took way too long, and I had to follow up more than once just to get an answer. I usually try to be patient, but my instinct was right that this wasn’t going to be a quick or smooth process

"Arrived sooner than I thought"
I placed a small order on factorydirect.ca earlier in the week, it showed up faster than I was expecting. I started checking the tracking the next day, and while the delivery updates were a little slow to kick in at first, everything worked fine once it got moving. The package arrived a few days later in good shape, and there really wasn’t much to complain about. Overall, it was a reliable experience, just taking off one star because the early tracking updates could’ve been better.

"Good prices, but I’d switch if that changed"
It’s been worth it for the price and I don’t really have any complaints. The value is the main reason I’m sticking around, though, if the prices went up or the service started slipping, I’d probably look somewhere else.

"Refund was actually easy"
So, I kind of messed up and ordered the wrong tablet case from factorydirect.ca, and of course I only realized it after it had already arrived. I figured dealing with support would be, like, a whole annoying thing, but I reached out anyway and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions.
I sent it back the next day, and then, you know, a few days after they received it, the refund came through. No weird back and forth or anything like that, just straightforward. i was happy with how easy it ended up being.

"Checkout Took Longer Than Expected"
The site itself was fine and I was able to check out, but the whole process felt slower than it should have. I wasn’t expecting something simple to feel that stressful, and I kept wondering if the order was actually going through.

Not gonna lie, my order from factorydirect.ca was mostly fine. The main items were correct and everything arrived in good shape, but one smaller item wasn’t what I actually picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still a little annoying. Shipping was okay overall. I’d probably order again, but I do wish they’d double-check orders a bit better before sending them out.

I bought a refurbished laptop from factorydirect.ca and it was fine at first, but then it started randomly shutting off. I figured the warranty process would be straightforward, but nope, it turned into a whole email circus with way too much waiting around.
The repair support was a bit of a mess too. They kept asking me for the same info like a bunch of amateurs, and getting updates felt painfully slow. I did eventually get the laptop back, but the whole experience left a bad taste.

"Usually has what I’m looking for"
I ended up finding the item I needed here when a bunch of other places were out, so that was a relief. The stock info on the site seemed mostly accurate too, which is... all I was hoping for. Happy overall
